My life journey is a testament to the transformative power of resilience, continuous self-discovery, and the unwavering belief in the human spirit's ability to overcome adversity and thrive. Throughout the last 40 years of my life, I have remained steadfast in my commitment to personal growth. Countless books and literature have expanded my understanding of life and the human experience. Meditation and yoga have grounded me and connected me to my higher consciousness. I attended a wide array of transformational workshops and seminars. Reflecting on my many life transitions I discovered the essence of who I am and my deeper connection to everything. First and foremost, we are all Divine spirits having a human experience. Knowing this, I learned to replace fear with confidence that every experience is for my greater good.

With each new insight gained, I felt an increasing desire to share my wisdom with others. In my personal and professional life, I discovered I had an ability to help people be more introspective. Over the years, I served as a Teacher, Girl Scout Leader, Elementary School Principal, NJ State Mentor for new school administrators, Workshop Facilitator, Public Speaker, and Adjunct Professor in clinical supervision at the university level. I balanced family, life challenges, and my leadership roles with a daily connection to nature, meditation, yoga, and wellness.

I knew my calling extended beyond the confines of a traditional profession, so I took a leap of faith to follow my calling. Now, dedicating myself fully to helping others unlock their potential and live authentically, I shifted my focus to becoming a certified Life Coach. Empowering individuals on their own journey towards authenticity and purposeful conscious living is my passion. With boundless gratitude, I am paving the way for a brighter, more fulfilling future for all those I have the privilege to serve.
